Bartender

We’re looking for a skilled Bartender with a good understanding of mixed drinks and round-building to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll craft quality drinks and uphold the high standards our bar is striving for. You’ll play an important part in maintaining a smooth, efficient, and enjoyable bar service for both guests and the team.

• →Quickly and precisely serve a wide range of cocktails, wines, beers, and spirits to the highest standards of flavour and quality consistency.
• →Demonstrate precise attention to detail in cocktail batching, making and garnishing.
• →Deliver exceptional guest service with warmth and professionalism.
• →Keep the bar neat, clean and fully stocked throughout service.
• →Collaborate with the bar team and Kevin Armstrong of Satan's Whiskers to bring creativity and consistency to the cocktail menu.
• →Follow all health, safety, and hygiene regulations to uphold a safe and welcoming environment.

• At least 1 year of experience in a cocktail bar or high-end restaurant environment.
• Solid understanding of classic cocktails and spirits.
• A genuine passion for drinks and delivering outstanding guest experiences.
• A collaborative team spirit and a desire to improve.
• The ability to thrive under pressure while maintaining a positive, professional attitude.
• Eligibility to work in the UK, with flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
