Head Receptionist

We are looking for a friendly and organised Head Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our guests. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will set the tone for their arrival and help ensure a smooth operation at the restaurant. Your responsibilities will include managing reservations, greeting guests, and maintaining a welcoming environment.

• →Greet guests with a warm and friendly attitude, ensuring they feel valued from the moment they enter.
• →Manage and coordinate reservations efficiently, optimizing table turnover and guest experience.
• →Answer phone calls and emails in a timely and professional manner, providing information and assistance as needed.
• →Assist with administrative tasks, including preparing reports and managing guest feedback.
• →Collaborate closely with the front-of-house and kitchen teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

• Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar customer service role (approx. 1-2 years).
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage reservations effectively.
• Proficient in using modern POS systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment.
• The legal right to work in the UK and flexibility to work evenings and weekends when required.
