About the Role
~1 min readAs the Customer On-Site Manager, you will be Traba’s senior operational leader embedded within one of our most strategic client partnerships: a leading manufacturer of AI inference hardware. This role is built for a polished, analytically minded operator who can earn the trust of sophisticated engineering and operations stakeholders, translate their needs into clear workforce plans, and run a high-performing team on the ground. You’ll be the face of Traba at the site, and the standard you set will define the partnership.
This is a full-time, on-site role (40+ hours per week) in the San Jose/Milpitas area. Coverage may expand to multiple regional locations.
