The Sales team is the driving factor behind revenue at Tractian. We focus on generating new opportunities, acquiring new customers, and building even stronger relationships with our current accounts. Our Enterprise customers are comprised of Fortune 500 companies, such as Hyundai, Bosch, Unilever, P&G, PepsiCo, and others. Tractian's Net Revenue Retention (NRR) is as big as Silicon Valley startups, such as Snowflake (158%) and Twilio (155%), which highlights the stickiness of our products. We make sure that top performers are recognized and over-beating quota.

What you'll do

As a Account Development Representative (ADR), your focus will be on driving our company's revenue growth through strategic client engagement and market expansion. You will be responsible for identifying and nurturing business opportunities, upselling to existing clients, and contributing significantly to our sales and revenue goals. Leveraging your expertise in software solutions and HubSpot CRM, you will aim to exceed quotas and facilitate our company's aggressive growth strategy.

Aggressively prospect and generate new business leads to achieve and exceed sales quotas.

Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing client accounts for revenue maximization.

Manage and grow client relationships using HubSpot CRM, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and retention.

Analyze client needs and market trends to tailor business development strategies.

Work in collaboration with sales and technical teams to align solutions with client requirements and business goals.

Represent the company at industry events, identifying opportunities for business expansion.

Provide regular updates on business development activities and progress towards goals.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in Outbound Prospecting, preferably in a software or technology environment.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.

Strong proficiency in using HubSpot CRM for effective business development and client management.

Excellent relationship-building skills and a strategic approach to business expansion.
