We’re looking for a driven, hands-on Operations Manager to lead our warehouse and service operations at Annacis Island. This is a high-impact leadership role where you will own the operations while building an engaged, safety-first, high-performing team.

- Lead with purpose—championing our values and fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and inclusion
- Keep safety front and centre, ensuring a healthy workplace aligned with WorkSafeBC standards
- Own the operation end-to-end, including receiving, inventory flow, fulfillment, and outbound shipping
- Drive performance, using data and insights to improve productivity, accuracy, and service levels
- Optimize flow, collaborating with Inventory teams on carrier scheduling, dock planning, and space utilization
- Continuously improve, identifying opportunities to streamline processes and reduce costs
- Develop your team, through coaching, mentorship, and performance management
- Lead from the front as an active member of the Safety Committee
- Manage the business, including departmental budgets and P&L accountability
- Shape the future, leading strategic projects and innovation initiatives
- Communicate with impact, presenting results and insights across the organization
- 5+ years of leadership experience in warehouse or distribution operations
- Deep knowledge of inbound, outbound, and inventory management
- Experience with WMS, RF tools, automation, and workforce systems
- A proven track record of building, developing, and retaining strong teams
- A passion for continuous improvement and Lean practices
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills across all levels
- The ability to manage competing priorities with clarity and focus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Power BI is an asset)
- Solid understanding of WorkSafeBC regulations
- Experience in e-commerce or high-volume distribution environments
Nice to Have

- APICS or other supply chain certifications
- Lean / Six Sigma designation
- Project management training or certification
