We are a B2B Travel Tech startup that is reshaping the way travel agents sell and deliver exceptional travel experiences worldwide. We enable travel agents to book flights, hotels & holidays conveniently and we provide comprehensive end-to-end on-ground travel services. We do over INR 1000 crore+ GMV (sales) and are growing rapidly.

Profile Overview:
Learning and Development Manager at TravClan is a key role focused on helping employees grow and improve. The ideal candidate will create and deliver training programs, track employee progress, and build a culture of learning. This role involves working closely with different teams to make sure the training supports company goals and helps employees develop their skills for career growth.
Growth Prospects:
Annual CTC - ₹10 to 15 LPA
Promotions + aggressive growth prospects (read further) !
Fast Appraisal - Despite Covid, we had appraisals in 6 months in Jan & July 2020
Aggressive Hikes - In the last appraisal cycle, the Annual hike was 35%.

What we are looking for:
Roles & Responsibilities:
Develop and implement L&D strategies that align with the company's business goals, culture, and growth trajectory.
Collaborate with department heads to identify skill gaps and training needs across the organization.
Conduct training sessions, ensuring they are interactive, engaging, and tailored to the audience's needs.
Collaborate with different departments (like HR, Operations, Leadership) to make sure training supports company goals.
Keep records of employees’ training progress to identify areas for future improvement.
Develop onboarding programs to help new employees adjust and understand the company culture.
Desired Candidate Profile
Ethical, hardworking, and 'passionate about startups' mindset
Minimum 3 years of experience in Learning and Development
Excellence / Ambition / Hard working attitude reflected in past profile (Strong educational background or demonstrated ability to outperform in previous roles)
Prior Startup experience preferred
Willing to learn more
Develop L&D strategies that align with business goals and growth.
Work with departmental heads to identify skill gaps and training needs.
Facilitate training sessions for professional development of employees.
Keep track of employees' training progress for continuous improvement.

This role is not ideal for someone who is-
Not comfortable with public speaking
a fresher and is not having min 3 yrs of experience in L& D
Not a good communicator
Not comfortable to collaborate with different functions.
Not comfortable with long working hours i.e. 10 - 12 hours daily
Not excited about working on Saturdays (6 days a week)
The Recruitment Process:
1. Aptitude Test: The first step of the recruitment process is a basic 50-minute aptitude test.
2. Personal Interviews: 2-3 video interviews. Detailed discussions about the job profile, company & candidature are discussed in these rounds.
4. Extending an offer: On successfully clearing the interview rounds, the job offer is extended to the candidate. This includes financial benefits and many other benefits.
Important Points:
Office Location- Connaught Place, Delhi
Work Timings - 9:30 till work gets over. You are considering joining a startup. Building anything of value takes time. The majority of our exits happen within the first 2 months of people joining because new joiners are not able to adjust to the high pace environment. You can expect 10-12 hours of work in a day!
