Remote Travel Reservations Coordinator

Love staying organized and helping people? We're looking for a Travel Reservations Coordinator to help manage bookings, keep reservation details accurate, and make sure clients have a smooth experience from booking to departure.

You'll coordinate reservations, communicate with clients, update itineraries, and keep track of important travel details. Training is provided, so previous travel experience isn't required.

• →Coordinate bookings for hotels, flights, cruises, resorts, and vacation packages.
• →Update reservations and organize itinerary details.
• →Communicate with clients to confirm preferences and booking information.
• →Track confirmations, documents, and important deadlines.
• →Review reservations for accuracy and completeness.
• →Keep digital records organized and up to date.
• →Help resolve questions and keep the booking process moving.

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Organized with great attention to detail.
• Able to manage multiple tasks independently.
• Comfortable learning new technology and online systems.
• Reservations, hospitality, administrative, or scheduling experience is a plus, but not required.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, Mexico, Spain, or eligible countries within Latin America.
