We're looking for a Trip Organization Specialist to help clients keep the details of their upcoming trips organized and on track. This is a remote position for someone who enjoys planning, working with people, and making sure the little things don't get overlooked.

You'll help organize trip information, research options, coordinate reservations, and keep itineraries updated as plans come together. You may be working on several trips at once, so staying organized and being comfortable managing different requests is an important part of the role.

Responsibilities

  • Organize trip details, client preferences, reservations, and itineraries
  • Research accommodations, transportation, activities, and destination options
  • Assist with coordinating booking details and confirmations
  • Keep client information and trip records accurate and current
  • Communicate with clients to gather information and answer questions
  • Follow up on outstanding details, updates, and reservation changes
  • Use online tools and established systems to manage planning tasks
  • Help make sure clients have the information they need before departure
  • Stay organized when managing multiple trips and deadlines
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Good communication and attention to detail
  • Comfortable using email, online platforms, and basic computer tools
  • Able to work independently and stay productive in a remote setting
