Senior Bridge Engineer, P.E.

Rinker Design Associates, LLC (RDA) is looking for an experienced Senior Bridge Engineer, P.E. to join our growing Transportation Team. This is an opportunity to take a lead role on challenging bridge and transportation structure projects, including the design and detailing of bridges, retaining walls, and other transportation structures. You’ll work closely with clients and project teams while also managing and supervising projects and mentoring and developing junior and mid-level engineers. We’re looking for someone who brings strong technical experience, enjoys solving complex problems, and wants to have a meaningful impact on both our projects and our team. Excellence will be rewarded through promotions, raises, and bonuses.

This position can be based in Manassas, Fredericksburg, Glen Allen, Virginia Beach, or Waynesboro, Virginia. Candidates should hold a current P.E. license and either be licensed in Virginia or be able to obtain Virginia licensure through comity/reciprocity.
