Customer Service Technical Specialist (Trodo SIA / Latvija)

The Role

Passionate about cars and know your way around automotive parts? We’re looking for someone who combines strong mechanical knowledge with a customer-focused approach to help customers find the right parts for their vehicles.

Responsibilities:

• Navigate car parts catalogues efficiently to identify and locate automotive components, ensuring accurate and timely order processing
• Assist customers with automotive-related and general inquiries, helping them identify and select the correct parts
  
• Follow company communication guidelines and maintain the required tone of voice
• Spot potential issues in customers’ component selections and provide expert recommendations for suitable alternatives when needed

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of the automotive industry, particularly car parts catalogues and automotive components
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A genuine passion for automobiles and enthusiasm for staying up to date with industry developments
• Good English language skills, essential for communicating with foreign customers
