→Perform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on processing plant equipment (crushers, conveyors, screens, pumps, and related machinery)
→Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues and complete repairs to minimize downtime
→Perform welding, fabrication, and component replacement as needed
→Conduct routine inspections to identify wear, damage, or unsafe conditions
→Maintain accurate maintenance logs and report on equipment condition and repairs completed
→Follow all site safety policies and MSHA regulations
→Communicate effectively with the maintenance team, operators, and supervisors
→Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

Proven experience as a mechanic in a mining, quarry, or industrial plant environment
Strong understanding of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems
Ability to read schematics and use diagnostic tools
Valid driver's license required
MSHA certification (preferred; may be required prior to start)
Ability to work in a physically demanding outdoor environment
Strong situational awareness and commitment to safety
Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
