Responsibilities

→Associate degree, technical degree, or vocational training in Mechanical Maintenance, Industrial Maintenance, Mechatronics, or a related field preferred.
→3+ years of Mechanical Maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment (woodworking industry experience preferred).
→Experience maintaining HOMAG, BÜRKLE, or similar automated production equipment is an advantage.
→Strong knowledge of industrial mechanical systems, including bearings, gearboxes, conveyors, chains, belts, drives, shafts, and mechanical power transmission, pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
→Ability to read mechanical drawings, assembly drawings, equipment manuals, and technical documentation.
→Experience using CMMS or SAP maintenance systems.
→Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
→Good communication skills and ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary maintenance team.
→Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple maintenance activities and equipment issues.
→Ability to work independently, respond quickly to equipment breakdowns, and perform effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
