Recruiter

• Experience with Workday Recruiting or similar ATS.
• Background in healthcare, clinical, or frontline workforce recruiting.
• Prior experience in a high-volume or production-oriented recruiting environment.
• Familiarity with UAMS or University of Arkansas System HR policies.
• SHRM-CP or SPHR certification.
• Familiarity with pipeline development strategies for high-turnover roles.
• Demonstrated interest in professional growth toward a larger or more complex book of business.

• →Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field plus three (3) years of recruiting or HR experience, including exposure to full-cycle recruitment processes, or
• →High School diploma/GED plus seven (7) years of recruiting or HR experience, including exposure to full-cycle recruitment processes required.

• Demonstrated ability to manage a defined requisition portfolio in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; comfort learning ATS platforms.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to build professional relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously.
• Basic understanding of EEO compliance and hiring documentation requirements.
