Are you a natural multitasker with strong technical, writing, and communication skills who takes initiative, uses good judgment, and can see both the details and the bigger picture? Then you might be the person we are looking for!

The Corporate and Foundation Relations (CFR) team within UBC’s Development and Alumni Engagement portfolio is looking for a Development Coordinator to join our collaborative and high-performing team. CFR is a successful major gift fundraising team that works with UBC’s leading corporate and foundation donors to build philanthropic partnerships that enhance the student experience, advance research, and support UBC’s role in addressing some of the world’s most complex challenges.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, can balance competing priorities, and takes pride in producing accurate, thoughtful, and high-quality work.

We value diversity, respect, initiative, and collegiality, and believe in creating an environment where people support one another, share ideas, and enjoy working together.

We are looking for someone who is curious, driven, adaptable, and detail-oriented, with the confidence to take ownership of their work, anticipate needs, identify solutions, and contribute wherever needed to help the team succeed. If you are a proactive and resourceful team player who enjoys learning, takes pride in doing things well, and is excited about contributing behind the scenes to connect donors with transformative opportunities at UBC, we would love to hear from you.
