FINANCE SPECIALIST

Key Responsibilities Financial Planning & Budgeting Develop and manage budgets and forecasts Analyze performance and advise on risks or growth Accounting & Reporting Oversee daily accounting and financial records Prepare and present periodic financial reports Compliance & Taxation Ensure statutory compliance (TRA, NSSF, WCF, etc.) Manage payroll, taxes, audits, and banking relations Cash Flow & Risk Control Monitor cash flow and working capital Control payables/receivables and minimize financial risk Requirements Qualifications & Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/ACCA is a plus) • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in financial leadership, preferably in FMCG or manufacturing • Proficient in accounting software (QuickBooks, Tally, ERP systems) • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills • Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment • High level of integrity, accuracy, and confidentiality
