Manage employee leave tracking and staff attendance records. Facilitate performance review processes and provide follow-up support. Oversee the company culture. Coordinate employee welfare, health insurance, and engagement initiatives. Handle employee grievances and ensure confidential reporting procedures are respected. Handle CMA issues Requirements REQUIREMENTS: Strong attention to details. Experience range of 3-5 years. Bachelors degree in Human resources or relevant fields.
