SALES OFFICER

RESPONSIBILITIES: Identifying and reaching out to potential clients through cold calling, emailing, and social media. Identifying new market segments, trends, and potential customers to expand the company's database. Assessing whether a prospect meets the company’s "ideal customer" criteria before passing them to senior sales staff. Assisting in or conducting introductory meetings and product demonstrations to explain value propositions. Maintaining regular contact with prospective and existing clients to ensure the brand stays top-of-mind. Acting as a bridge between the client and the company to resolve initial queries or concerns. Keeping the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system updated with accurate contact information and interaction logs. Preparing weekly or monthly reports on sales activities, lead conversion rates, and targets achieved. Assisting in the preparation of sales proposals, contracts, and marketing materials. Working toward specific individual and team targets, such as a set number of calls per day or successful appointments booked. Representing the company at networking events, trade shows, or industry conferences. Relaying customer feedback and common objections to the marketing and product teams to help refine the sales strategy. Requirements REQUIREMENTS: 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably in automotive, manufacturing, construction and insurance industry. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Excel. Resilience, time management, and a high level of emotional intelligence.
