Location: Limassol, Cyprus Salary: €1,800 – €2,200 per month A well-established and reputable Real Estate Agency in Limassol is seeking a reliable and well-organized Reception Officer / Administration Officer to join their team. This is a dual-role position ideal for someone who is professional, detail-oriented, and confident in handling front-desk responsibilities along with general administrative and basic accounting duties. Description As the Reception & Administration Officer, you will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors while also managing a variety of administrative tasks to support the daily operations of the agency. This role also includes light accounting duties such as maintaining basic bookkeeping records and processing invoices. The ideal candidate will be polished, proactive, and capable of managing a busy and dynamic office environment. Responsibilities Greet and welcome clients and visitors at the reception desk Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and general inquiries professionally Coordinate meeting room schedules and ensure the office area is well-presented Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence and deliveries Maintain client records and update internal databases Assist with daily administrative support to agents and management Prepare and issue invoices, receipts, and maintain basic accounting records Liaise with external suppliers and service providers Support the coordination of property viewings, appointments, and internal schedules Requirements Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative support role Basic accounting knowledge, including issuing invoices and maintaining expense logs Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Greek Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); knowledge of accounting software is an advantage Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Friendly, professional demeanor with the ability to multitask Discretion and confidentiality when handling client or financial information Previous experience in the real estate or property industry is a plus Benefits Salary: €1,800 – €2,200 per month depending on experience Modern and professional working environment in central Limassol Stable, long-term employment with opportunities for growth Supportive and collaborative team culture Exposure to the real estate industry and client-facing work This is a fantastic opportunity to join a respected real estate firm in a key support role that combines front-desk presence, administrative coordination, and financial responsibility.
