Responsible for Maintain overall product and package quality to ensure all required standards and specifications are met.
Responsible for the safe and efficient operation of assigned equipment
Conduct inspections, changeover, troubleshooting and minor servicing of equipment.
Responsible for identifying when equipment is not functioning properly and advising a Supervisor or Mechanic in a timely manner.
Ensure equipment in the assigned area is clean, in working order and that working conditions are safe while operating the equipment.
Responsible for monitoring correct and legible bottle, case and pallet coding at all times.
Ensure that all required operator reports are neatly and accurately completed and submitted to a Supervisor.
Conduct required sanitation procedures: CIP (Clean-in-Place), External Foaming and Sanitizing when required.
Communicate effectively and especially the beginning and end of the shift to ensure effective hand-off.
Responsible for ensuring quality guidelines are met to meet customer standards.
Must be able to lift 25 pounds and perform work assignments.
Follow GMP’s and Food Safety Guidelines
Follow Safety and Security Rules in Manufacturing Facility
Report any urgent Quality or Food Safety Incident to Responsible Personnel
In the event of vacation or extended absence the Machine Operator duties will be covered using overtime (other Machine Operators). Overtime may be required
