Job Responsibilities/Function:

Mix and blend ingredients to create various batches.
Perform quality checks as required.
Control flow of syrup to production lines.
Set equipment parameters for operation.
Pre-Weigh ingredients for each batch
CIP sugar, mixing and syrup tanks
Complete batching sheets
Maintain a clean work area
Pull water samples from mixing and syrup tanks for tasting
Follow GMP’s and Food Safety Guidelines.
Report any urgent Quality or Food Safety Incident to responsible Personnel
In the event of vacation or extended absence the Quality Control Batcher duties will be covered using overtime(other Quality Control Batcher).
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Requirements:

Excellent written and oral communication skills
Able to Work in Team-Oriented Environment
Attention to Detail, Quality Focus, Organization, Supply Management, Dependability, Customer Focus and Internal Communications.
Able to lift, push and pull 50 or more pounds repeatedly during the duration of your shift.
