We supply and service test and measurement equipment to industries such as Oil & Gas, Energy, Utilities, Public Sector, Construction, Manufacturing, Transport and Facilities Management companies.
We are now looking to grow our team, and that’s where you come in.
Our people make “PASS” so we would really like you to join us and play a part in our growing success.
We require a full time Calibration Administrator to work in our busy calibration team in Belfast.
Ideally with Service centre experience or working in a similar customer service role you will be responsible for the following:
- Dealing with customer enquiries and quotations over email, telephone and face to face.
- Creating customer quotes, orders and invoices
- Great telephone manner and confident in resolving customer queries and issues. This is a very busy office so you'll thrive in that type of environment.
- Dealing with internal colleagues in order to resolve daily issues and order queries.
- The successful applicant must love our customers, be a problem solver, confident and have the ability to work as a team player within a busy calibration office.
- Booking instruments into the system and occasionally packing and unpacking boxes
- Occasional local deliveries if required
Ideally, we are seeking a candidate with either a customer service background, retentions experience, service background or complaints handling experience.
This is a very fast paced role that requires excellent data administration skills, attention to detail and great customer service skills over the phone, via email and face to face.
You must be aware of the sales ordering process from quotations to dispatch and it would be great if you knew the difference between a torque wrench and a multimeter as you will be dealing with customers enquiries regarding various types of test equipment.
If you don’t know the difference between a torque wrench and a multimeter then don’t worry as you’ll pick that up in time.
You must also be extremely proficient with a PC and most Microsoft applications.
