• Competitive two-year salary guarantee, including a signing bonus, with the ability to receive the greater of guarantee or production compensation ($314,000 at 1.0 FTE)

• Graduate of an accredited Medical or Osteopathic School
• Completion of an accredited ABMS-approved family medicine or internal medicine residency
• Ability to obtain a Minnesota Medical Doctor or Doctor of Osteopathy license
• Valid DEA Registration
