→Clerically manages all Associates arriving at Associate Health while supporting day-to-day operations across Associate Health and Associate Services/HR.
→Responsible for customer registration, answering telephone calls, creating and maintaining computerized health and HR files, issuing health system ID badges, and providing excellence in customer service to all internal and external customers.
→Assists with health fairs, flu clinics, processing employment verification requests, entering system data, and providing cross-functional departmental support as needed.
