Junior Lighting Estimator

Wiedenbach Brown, an affiliate of USESI, is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Lighting Estimator to join our team.

Job Type: Full-time; Remote 

• →Analyze and evaluate architectural and electrical drawings
• →Produce accurate and timely lighting fixture and controls take-offs
• →Identify discrepancies in specifications and drawings with design team
• →Request pricing and lead times through manufacturers and sales reps
• →Produce comprehensive and timely lighting proposals
• →Upon project award, produce timely submittal packages
• →Review submittal approvals and update quotes accordingly
• →Review lighting changes within drawing bulletins/addendums and update quotes accordingly
• →Collaborate with Sales team on all proposals
• →Collaborate with Project Management team throughout order release

• A Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
• Experience in Lighting Estimating (a plus)
• Experience in reviewing construction plans, specifications, and other related construction documents
• Experience with Bluebeam software (a plus)
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, and Word)
• High attention to detail
• Excellent quantitative and analytical math skills
• Strong verbal and written communications skills
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Positive customer service skills
