About the Role
~1 min read- Experience with AI help desk or IT automation platforms
- Endpoint security experience (CrowdStrike preferred)
- Networking or office IT fundamentals (UniFi, Meraki, conference room AV)
- Prior experience at a HIPAA-regulated or healthcare company
