- Proactively identify and resolve issues before they escalate.
Own Daily Operations
- Serve as the primary on-site leader during assigned shifts.
- Oversee lesson flow, deck operations, and facility closing procedures.
- Ensure safety standards, operational policies, and teaching expectations are followed.
- Complete required pool safety checks and operational documentation.
- Respond effectively to unexpected situations and emergencies.
Support Program Excellence
- Partner with the Site Director to maintain high-quality instruction.
- Monitor instructor performance and identify coaching opportunities.
- Help improve swimmer progression, class quality, and family satisfaction.
- Communicate operational concerns and improvement opportunities.

- Availability for scheduled evenings and rotating weekends.
- Willingness to complete required aquatics and safety training.
Preferred:
- Experience in aquatics, youth sports, recreation, childcare, or similar programs.
- Background managing customer-facing teams.

You know how to balance compassion with expectations, handle difficult situations professionally, and create an environment where employees enjoy working and families feel confident.
