Senior Network Engineer

The Dedicated Network Engineer will be participating in designs, implementing, maintaining, and troubleshooting an organization's network infrastructure to ensure reliable, secure, and high-performing connectivity between users, systems, data centers, and cloud environments. They can expect to work in an environment with multiple projects simultaneously running and partner with our Director of Managed Services to deliver worldclass engineering solutions.

 

Most of the work will be remote, however some in-office requests will be made (1-2x per month).

Design and deploy LAN, WAN, WLAN, SD-WAN, and cloud networking solutions

Configure and manage routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, and VPNs

Troubleshoot network issues involving routing, switching, DNS, DHCP, and connectivityImplement network security controls and access policies

Monitor network performance, availability, and capacitySupport cloud networking environments such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)

Plan network upgrades, migrations, and disaster recovery solutions

Document network architectures and operational procedures
