• DMS/OMSの機能に関する顧客との技術コミュニケーションをリード
• 顧客要求・優先事項の整理、技術課題や開発状況の報告
• System Technical Project Manager等と連携した顧客対応

• コンセプト検討から量産まで、担当機能の開発全体をリード
• 眠気・注意力モニタリング、乗員検知、子どもの置き去り検知、パーソナライゼーション等の機能開発
• 品質・コスト・納期（QCD）を管理し、Technical Review / Design Reviewを推進
• 要求事項やChange Requestの管理、開発計画・進捗管理
• 技術課題の原因分析から対策・クローズまでをリード

• Automotive SPICE等の開発標準に沿ったプロセスの適用・改善
• Lessons Learnedを活用した開発手法・ツール・プロセスの継続的な改善

• プロジェクトチームおよびR&Dマネジメントと連携した開発リソースの計画・管理
• スケジュール、リソース、技術課題をモニタリングし、必要な調整・エスカレーションを実施

• テクニカルのスペシャリスト（シニアエンジニア、プリンシパルエンジニア、シニアプリンシパルエンジニア - Director）
• マネジメント（チームリーダー、マネージャー、Director）

• コンピューターサイエンス、ソフトウェアエンジニアリング、電子工学、または関連分野の修士号または工学系学位
• JOEMの対応経験
• 自動車製品の開発経験：5～10年
• 英語：流暢（必須）：ビジネスレベル
• 日本語：流暢（必須）：ビジネスレベル

• 特にカメラベースのシステム、ADAS、車室内センシングに関する経験
• ドライバーモニタリングシステム/Occupantモニタリングシステムの開発経験
• 運転免許

• 自律的に業務を遂行でき、新しい技術を学ぶことに意欲・関心があること
• 論理的・体系的に物事を考える力があり、優れたレポーティング能力を有すること
• 組込みソフトウェア開発ツール、構成管理（Configuration Management）、変更管理（Change Control）プロセスに関する深い知識
• 包括的かつ簡潔な技術文書を作成できる能力

• →Lead technical communication with customers regarding DMS/OMS features.
• →Clarify customer requirements and priorities, and report on technical issues and development progress.
• →Coordinate customer interactions in alignment with System Technical Project Managers and other key stakeholders.

• Lead the overall development of assigned features from concept to mass production.
• Develop features such as drowsiness and attentiveness monitoring, occupant detection, child presence detection, and personalization.
• Manage Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD) while driving Technical and Design Reviews.
• Manage requirements and Change Requests (CRs), as well as development planning and progress.
• Lead root-cause analysis, countermeasure implementation, and resolution of technical issues.

• Apply and improve processes in compliance with automotive development standards, such as Automotive SPICE.
• Drive continuous improvement of development methods, tools, and processes utilizing Lessons Learned.

• Plan and manage development resources in coordination with project teams and R&D management.
• Monitor schedules, resources, and technical issues, making necessary adjustments and escalations.

• Technical Specialist Track (Senior Engineer, Principal Engineer, Senior Principal Engineer Director)
• Management Track (Team Leader, Manager, Director)

• Work-from-home (WFH) option available up to 2 days per week
• Business Travel: Approximately twice a year (to OEM sites)

• Master’s degree or engineering degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field
• Experience working with Japanese OEMs (JOEMs)
• 5 to 10 years of experience in automotive product development
• English: Fluent (Required) ※Business level
• Japanese: Fluent (Required) ※Business level

• Experience with camera-based systems, ADAS, or in-cabin sensing technologies
• Experience in developing Driver Monitoring Systems (DMS) / Occupant Monitoring Systems (OMS)
• Valid driver's license

• Ability to work independently with high initiative, and a strong drive/interest to learn new technologies
• Logical and systematic thinker with excellent reporting skills
• Deep knowledge of embedded software development tools, Configuration Management, and Change Control processes
• Capability to produce comprehensive yet concise technical documentation
