• 新規開発プロジェクトにおける購買担当として、プロジェクトのキックオフから量産開始後3か月まで（P1）を中心に、購買に関わる一連の活動をリード・推進いただきます。
• プロジェクトチームの一員として、開発・営業・品質・生産技術・サプライヤー等の関係者と連携しながら、コスト・品質・納期・供給能力等を管理し、プロジェクトの成功に貢献していただきます。

• プロジェクトチームの一員として新規開発の案件に購買担当として参加し、購買が関与するすべてのプロジェクト活動（NPA、PRKF、Sourcing Plan、PSC、PMC、IAR、TOGO、FDPR、ISVA、SOP）をリードまたはサポートし、プロジェクト終了まで遂行します。
• 新規部品の価格交渉、発注先決定、量産に向けた開発サポート、スケジュール管理(QCDIマネージメント)
• 流用部品のリソーシング及び価格交渉活動、生産キャパシティの確認
• VA・VE提案の回収、社内及び得意先との協業
• プロジェクトの利益率を含めたインデックス管理
• 各種ドキュメント管理

• コモディティ組織と連携し、事前ソーシング対象サプライヤーを提案・承認します。
• Valeoの知的財産を保護するための契約事項をすべて管理し、セグメントパネルに準拠します。

• ランプを構成する幅広い部品を担当するため、製品・技術・サプライヤーに関する幅広い知識を身につけられます。
• 国内外のサプライヤーや、品質保証・技術・PMなど多様な社内関係者と連携し、プロジェクトを動かす経験ができます。
• チーム内のコミュニケーションが活発で、周囲に相談しながら専門性を高められる環境です。
• 購買領域の幅広い経験を通じて専門性を高め、将来的にはプロジェクト購買マネージャー、Manager、Directorなどのマネジメントポジションを目指せます。
• より大規模なP0購買など、担当範囲・裁量を広げながらキャリアアップできます。

在宅：週1日可能

出張：　

• 市光製造所（厚木、藤岡、九州）：1回／2～3か月ほど
  ※場所によっては年1回

• 製造業での購買経験がある方：3年～
• 会計システムの使用経験
• 日本語：ビジネスレベル
• 英語：抵抗がない方
  ※メール、文書作成等、一部サプライヤーとのMTGで使用します
  ※AIを使った文書作成などができればOKです
  ※英語についてはチームでフォローする体制があります

  As the buyer in charge of new development projects, lead and drive a series of purchasing activities, focusing primarily from project kick-off through three months post-mass production start (P1).

• →

  As a member of the project team, manage cost, quality, delivery, supply capacity, etc., while collaborating with stakeholders such as R&D, Sales, Quality, Manufacturing Engineering, and suppliers to contribute to the success of the project.

• →

  Join new development projects as the purchasing representative, leading or supporting all procurement-related project activities (NPA, PRKF, Sourcing Plan, PSC, PMC, IAR, TOGO, FDPR, ISVA, SOP) through to project completion.

• →

  Price negotiation for new components, supplier selection, development support toward mass production, and schedule management (QCDI management).

• →

  Resourcing and price negotiations for carryover parts, as well as checking production capacity.

• →

  Collecting VA/VE proposals and collaborating with internal teams and customers.

• →

  Index management, including project profitability margins.

• →

  Managing various documentations.

• Collaborate with commodity organizations to propose and gain approval for pre-sourcing suppliers.

• Manage all contractual terms to protect Valeo's intellectual property and ensure compliance with segment panel guidelines.

• Gain broad knowledge of products, technologies, and suppliers by handling a wide range of components that make up automotive lighting/lamps.

• Gain hands-on experience driving projects by collaborating with domestic and international suppliers, as well as diverse internal stakeholders such as Quality Assurance, Engineering, and PMs.

• Benefit from an active team communication environment where you can consult with colleagues while deepening your expertise.

• Build expertise through diverse purchasing experience and aim for future managerial positions such as Project Purchasing Manager, Manager, or Director.

• Expand your scope of responsibility and autonomy over time, with opportunities to advance your career into larger-scale P0 purchasing.

• Ichikoh manufacturing sites (Atsugi, Fujioka, Kyushu): Approx. once every 2–3 months (depending on location, may be once a year)

• Supplier visits: Once every 3 months to once a year

• Overseas trips: Once a year

• Experience in manufacturing procurement: 3+ years
• Experience using accounting systems
• Japanese: Business level
• English: Comfortable using English
  ※Used for email, document creation, and meetings with select suppliers
  ※AI-assisted drafting is acceptable
  ※The team is available to support your English use

• Japanese: Native level
• Experience using SAP
