The Operations Analyst I supports the implementation, optimization, and ongoing success of RFID-enabled inventory management solutions, including Grab and Go storeroom deployments. This entry-level role works closely with customers, operations teams, project managers, and implementation specialists to install, configure, validate, and support RFID inventory systems at customer locations.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, customer-focused, and able to travel extensively in support of customer implementations and operational initiatives. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop expertise in supply chain operations, inventory management, RFID technology, and field implementation practices.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the installation and deployment of RFID-enabled Grab and Go storeroom solutions at customer sites.
• Support project teams during customer onboarding, site assessments, inventory setup, and go-live activities.
• Configure, test, and verify RFID hardware, readers, cabinets, kiosks, networking equipment, and supporting software.
• Conduct system testing, validation, and troubleshooting activities to support successful implementation.
• Assist with inventory loading, item labeling, and RFID tag application activities.
• Document installation activities and implementation outcomes.

• Serve as an on-site resource during implementation activities and customer launches.
• Provide basic training to customer personnel on system operation, inventory processes, and best practices.
• Document customer requirements, operational challenges, and opportunities for process improvement.
• Respond to customer inquiries and escalate technical issues to appropriate support resources as needed.

• Collect, review, and analyze inventory, utilization, and operational data.
• Monitor implementation metrics and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Assist in the development of reports, dashboards, and performance tracking tools to measure adoption and system performance.
• Identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities to improve inventory accuracy and operational efficiency.

• Support the standardization of implementation processes, documentation, and best practices.
• Maintain accurate project records, implementation checklists, and site documentation.
• Assist with inventory audits, cycle counts, and reconciliation activities.
• Support customer inventory management programs by helping ensure inventory accuracy, replenishment effectiveness, and compliance with established operational standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and solution performance.
• Adhere to company safety policies, customer site requirements, and operational procedures.

Requirements

• Preferred- 1 year experience, in Supply Chain, Project Management or related field combination of education, training, and relevant experience may be considered.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel.
• Ability to learn and apply new technologies, software applications, and operational processes.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated customer service and relationship management skills.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel as required.

• Frequent travel to customer locations throughout the United States is required.
• Travel is expected to be approximately 50% to 75% but may vary based on project schedules, customer requirements, and business needs.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including early mornings, evenings, and occasional weekends, as business needs require.

This position operates primarily onsite within customer manufacturing, industrial, warehouse, and distribution environments.
Work conditions may include exposure to varying temperatures, noise, dust, moving machinery, forklifts, and other production-related conditions.
Ability to travel by air and automobile frequently.
Routinely uses standard office equipment as well as customer inventory management systems and operational technology.
Requires extended periods of computer work and repetitive keyboard activities.
May be required to work flexible schedules, including occasional evenings and weekends, based on customer and operational needs.
May be required to handle hazardous materials and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), including safety shoes, gloves, hearing protection, hard hats, safety glasses, and other required equipment.
May be required to pass forklift and/or other warehouse equipment certifications (written and/or driving).
Regularly required to stand, walk, bend, reach, climb stairs, and move throughout manufacturing, warehouse, and inventory storage areas.
Regularly required to conduct physical inventory activities and inspect products, storage locations, and operational work areas.
Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
May occasionally be required to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
