Operations & Bookkeeping Assistant

• →Assist with client onboarding tasks and administrative setup
  
• →Set up workflows in Double and create Google Drive folders for new clients
  
• →Manage and organize multiple Google profiles and accounts
  
• →Coordinate with clients and internal team during onboarding
  
• →Assist with payroll splits and KPI calculations
  
• →Help manage bank feeds and basic bookkeeping tasks in QuickBooks Online
  
• →Coordinate team access and system logins for clients
  
• →Provide general administrative support to the Operations Manager and an Account Manager

• Must be tech-savvy and comfortable handling multiple systems
  
• Needs basic GAAP bookkeeping knowledge and QuickBooks Online experience
  
• Must be patient and methodical when troubleshooting login setups
  
• Should be proactive, organized, and self-driven
  

As you will be working from home, please be advised that we will require you to prepare certain Technical Requirements for you to meet the industry standard.

• A dedicated secluded working space away from noise and any distractions
• Updated personal computer or laptop with webcam
• Stable internet connection of at least 5Mbps and a backup of a pocket WiFi or Mobile Data
