Are you looking for a role where your expertise will have a direct impact on business decisions, financial transparency, and operational excellence?

As Senior Accountant, you will play a key role in integrating newly acquired entities in Germany and Switzerland into a global finance organization. You will take ownership of financial reporting, compliance, and process improvements while partnering with local and international stakeholders to build scalable, efficient accounting operations. You will work with senior finance leaders while driving IFRS reporting, compliance, and process improvements across international operation.

The Finance team enables business growth through accurate reporting, strong financial governance, and seamless integration of newly acquired businesses across the organization.

Own monthly financial reporting and closing activities for German and Swiss entities
Support the onboarding and integration of newly acquired companies into group finance processes and systems
Manage general ledger activities, reconciliations, accounts payable, and accounts receivable processes
Partner with auditors, tax advisors, and internal stakeholders to ensure compliance and statutory reporting requirements are met
Identify and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency across the finance function

Professional accounting experience with strong knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting principles
Fluency in German and English, with the ability to collaborate effectively across international teams
Experience managing month-end close activities, reconciliations, and statutory reporting requirements
Strong communication skills, curiosity, and a collaborative approach to problem-solving
Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and thrive in a dynamic, growing environment

Compensation:

Annual base salary of 60,000 – 70,000 Euro. Eligible for company performance bonuses.

Salary offer is determined by evaluation of candidate skills and experience during the interview process based on the criteria outlined in the job advertisement above.
