We are seeking an experienced People Manager to lead one of our Data Operations teams. This role is pivotal in ensuring the efficient and high-quality delivery of data operations that support our product development. You are part of the Data Operations leadership team and responsible for a team of 5 Veevans and multiple hundred curators.

You know how to lead an engaged and high-performing team. Building a personal connection with your team and holding them accountable comes naturally to you. You are experienced in driving process improvements and skilled in data-driven decision-making. You are hands-on. Don’t shy away from analyzing the data for your decisions yourself. Based on your understanding of the value a product adds to customers, you can shape operations and be a sparring partner to product managers.

You will represent Data Operations in a cross-functional product team, collaborating closely with Product Management, Data Engineering, and Data Science.

Identify, conceptualize, and implement process improvements

Ensure your teams curate high-quality data

Guide Data Analysts in assessing the data quality

Manage a high-performing team

Manage relationships with stakeholders from different functions in Link

Be hands-on in analyzing your team’s performance

Execute change with speed

Extensive people leadership experience (5+ years)

Proven track record in process improvements

Confident spreadsheet user (pivot tables, nested formulas)

Excellent communication skills in English

Experience in life sciences (education or professional experience)

Experience in data product businesses

Data analysis skills (e.g., SQL, Tableau)

Total compensation: 50,000 - 70,000 EUR

The total compensation range listed here has been provided to comply with local regulations and represents a potential total compensation range for this role.
