- Create engaging digital content across our platforms, including website, social media, video, blogs and other multimedia formats.
- Develop and produce video and audio content, covering planning, filming, editing, subtitling and formatting for different platforms, from short vertical clips to longer explainer pieces.

- Deliver the digital element of our publication launches across the pre-launch, launch day and sustained engagement phases, to the plan agreed for each launch.
- Contribute to digital campaign plans with programme and communications colleagues, and coordinate the production and scheduling of content against them.
- Work with colleagues across the organisation on content that showcases our research, advocacy wins and policy impact.
- Develop email communications to supporters, including newsletters, campaign updates and event invitations.
- Maintain and build supporter email lists, ensuring effective segmentation and targeting.
- Monitor and evaluate digital performance through analytics, identifying opportunities for improvement and growth.
