Medical Biller, Specialty DME

  Some experience in US medical billing, claims, or revenue cycle (any specialty) is helpful. We'll train you on our product categories.

• Familiarity with prior authorizations and medical necessity documentation for DME.

If you have billed for any of the following, we want to hear about it:

• Diabetes: continuous glucose monitors (CGMs), insulin pumps, and related supplies

• Respiratory: CPAP and BiPAP, including capped rental billing and compliance/adherence documentation

• Mobility: manual and power wheelchairs, including complex rehab

• Orthotics & Prosthetics (O&P)

You'll be joining the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) team, a hands-on team that values accuracy and speed of execution.

• Billing & Claims: Verse’s internal order and billing platform, plus our clearinghouse for claim submission and remittances

• Payer Portals: Availity, DME MAC portals, and health plan provider portals

• Reporting: Metabase and Google Sheets

• Collaboration: Slack and Google Workspace

• This is a remote role based in Manila, PH.
