Maintenance Manager

1. →Participates in production planning including proactively scheduling downtime for PMs
2. →Establishes relationships with and schedules vendors for service and repair call
3. →Reviews, tracks, monitors and reports downtime of equipment for trend assessment
4. →Collaborate with cross-functional teams including multi-department projects

1.      Bachelor’s degree in engineering or facility management

2.      Minimum 7-10 years’ experience working on industrial machinery or similar equipment.

3.      5 years’ experience in a direct employee management role required

1. Demonstrated skill and experience in leadership, supervision, organization and planning.

5.      Ability to prioritize, organize and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced production environment.

6.      Knowledge of OSHA regulations regarding safety and machine guarding.
