Assembly Technician (all genders) - The Craft Hand

We build award-winning smart glasses in Vienna: hardware, firmware, software, all under one roof. Behind every device that ships is precise, careful, hands-on work, and that's exactly what this role is about. You'll be part of the team that turns components into finished products, working closely with engineers, quality assurance, and production to keep things moving and the standards high.

This is a role where your hands-on skill and attention to detail make a visible difference every single day.

• →Hands-on assembly of components and devices across different stages of the production process
• →Material preparation, pre-assembly, cleaning, packaging, and warehouse support
• →Use hand and power tools to assemble products with precision and care
• →Inspect components and assemblies to ensure quality standards are met
• →Document and report any discrepancies in the assembly process
• →Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines
• →Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives on the production floor

• Completed technical apprenticeship, ongoing or recently completed HTL, or relevant studies
• Solid technical understanding and careful handling of small components and electronics
• Manual dexterity and good hand-eye coordination
• Familiarity with assembly processes, tools, and techniques
• Attention to detail and a practical problem-solving mindset
• Flexibility to support a wide range of tasks in production
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
• Good communication skills in German and/or English

• Salary: €2.400 – €4.000 gross/month depending on experience
• Yearly public transport card (Vienna)
