VILLACARTE GROUP is a group of companies operating since 2012. We develop and manage premium real estate and hospitality projects in Phuket. Our portfolio includes Layan Green Park, La Vista Villas, Layan Verde, VillaCarte Agency, the proptech project Sabai, and La Green Hotel.
We are looking to hire a Sales Manager who can build strong client and agent relationships, implement effective sales strategies, and drive revenue growth across premium development projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering 
• 3-5 working experience
• English B1
• Thai Fluently

Responsibilities

• Supervise architectural and structural works at the project site.
• Monitor daily site activities to ensure work progress as per schedule, drawings, and specifications.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants regarding site issues.
• Ensure quality control of materials and workmanship on site.
• Inspect and verify architectural and structural installation works.
• Solve technical problems and provide guidance on site.
• Prepare daily reports, progress updates, and site documentation.
• Attend site coordination meetings.
• Scanning the structure and architecture works
