Tax Supervisor

We are currently looking to hire 1-2 solid tax professionals (Supervisor-Manager levels) with a minimum of 5+ years of public accounting experience with tax filings of all types (1065, 1120, 1120S, 990, 1040, 1041). We need this person to be a strong tax preparer who can also review the work of junior staff. Our ideal candidate would’ve acquired 5+ years of public accounting experience in small to mid-sized firms preparing returns of all types and not private or specific sectors within big firms.

Salaries will depend upon where we would place them between Supervisor or Manager. Our supervisor salary range starts around $115k. Knowledge of CCH software is preferred.

We are a hybrid firm, with 3 days in office all year round. We designate Wednesday as our collaborative/togetherness day with lunches catered weekly during tax season (Jan-Apr). Tax staff work roughly 55-65 hours weekly during busy season depending on workload and deadline weeks.

During the off season from Memorial Day through Labor Day, we work 36-hour weeks. The 36 hours is flexible whether staff choose to work 9 hours Mon-Thur with Friday off, or 8 hours Mon-Thur and 4 hours on Fri. We have many fun team building events throughout the year.
