Responsibilities

→Assist in the development of design concepts and detailed architectural plans.
→Prepare and review drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
→Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and project requirements.
→Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and construction teams.
→Coordinate with field personnel to monitor construction progress and resolve design or technical issues.
→Stay current with architectural trends, materials, and sustainable design practices.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture
Minimum 6 years of architectural design and/or project management experience.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, ArchiCAD, or other architectural software.
Strong knowledge of construction processes and materials.
Excellent creativity, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work within deadlines with minimal supervision.

This is a full-time, 40 hour work week position.
Candidates should have their own laptop or desktop computer, any software license needed will be provided by the client.
