Recruiter

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Freelance Recruiter.The Recruiter will represent our company while working directly with the client’s stakeholders, managing the full recruitment lifecycle and ensuring alignment with hiring goals, KPIs, and business priorities.

• →Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for assigned roles
• →Partner directly with client hiring managers to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and workforce planning
• →Develop and execute sourcing strategies using job boards, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and direct outreach
• →Conduct candidate screening interviews and assessments
• →Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and client stakeholders
• →Provide market insights, talent availability data, and hiring recommendations
• →Maintain accurate records in the ATS and ensure recruitment data integrity
• →Track and report on recruitment KPIs (time-to-fill, pipeline activity, submission-to-interview ratio, offer acceptance rate, etc.)
• →Ensure an excellent candidate experience aligned with the client’s employer brand
• →Operate autonomously while maintaining strong communication and transparency with both the client and internal leadership

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in recruitment (agency or in-house)
• Experience working in a client-facing or embedded recruitment model is a plus
• Strong sourcing and headhunting capabilities
• Familiarity with ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and sourcing tools
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple roles and meet performance KPIs
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
