Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior ServiceNow Developer to join our team and support mission-critical federal projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in ServiceNow development, portal customization, and software engineering. This role requires strong technical expertise, the ability to work independently, and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Configure, customize, and implement ServiceNow applications using App Engine to meet specific business requirements.
Develop and maintain advanced scripts, business rules, and client scripts.
Design and support data migration activities from legacy systems to ServiceNow, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
Conduct thorough testing of ServiceNow configurations to validate functionality, data integrity, and user experience.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow implementations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
Work within Agile Scrum teams to ensure timely delivery of features and enhancements.

Required Qualifications:

Must be able to obtain DHS Public Trust
6+ years of software development experience
3+ years of experience implementing ServiceNow solutions
1+ year of experience with ServiceNow portal customization
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification
Strong knowledge of ServiceNow App Engine for configuration and customization
Ability to develop and maintain advanced scripts, business rules, and client scripts
Experience supporting data migration from legacy systems to ServiceNow
Familiarity with Agile methodology and experience working on Scrum teams
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work autonomously with minimal oversight

Preferred Skills:

3+ years of portal customization experience
Experience with Agile Scrum methodology

Salary Range: $ 110,000- $ 120,000 annually
