This role involves analysing market trends, evaluating competitive pricing, and working closely with various departments to ensure that Vodafone's pricing structures align with business objectives and market conditions. ## Key Accountabilities * Market Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify pricing opportunities and threats. * Pricing Strategy Development: Develop and implement pricing strategies for products and services that align with Vodafone's business goals. * Competitive Benchmarking: Monitor competitor pricing and market trends to ensure Vodafone remains competitive. * Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, finance, and product teams to develop and execute pricing strategies. * Pricing Reviews and Implementation: Regularly review and adjust pricing models based on market conditions, cost structures, and business objectives. ## Core Competencies * Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyse complex data and market trends to inform pricing strategies. * Attention to Detail: Meticulous in ensuring pricing accuracy and consistency. * Communication and Negotiation Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and presenting findings with the ability to negotiate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. * Problem-Solving: Proactive in identifying and resolving pricing-related issues. * Technological Proficiency: Proficient in using data analysis tools, and Microsoft Office Suite. ## Required Skills * Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, Economics, Finance or a related field. A master’s degree or professional qualification in a related discipline is a plus. * Experience: 1-3 years of experience in pricing, financial analysis, or a related field within the telecommunications or a similar industry * Technical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau) and pricing software. ## Who we are We are a leading international Telco, serving millions of customers.
