Senior Project Implementation Consultant

Our client is seeking a Project Manager to lead the implementation of their supply chain solutions. You will manage all aspects of the project lifecycle, ensuring successful project completion and client satisfaction. This is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite per week.

• →Collaborate with Solution Architects during the design phase of projects.
• →Lead the solution design phase for low complexity projects.
• →Oversee the project team through construction, production preparation, go-live, and stabilization phases. This includes planning, coordinating, and supervising tasks like configuration, training, and testing.
• →Train and develop junior consultants.
• →Collaborate with Project Managers on project governance processes.
• →Contribute to improving methodologies, processes, and project management tools.
• →Spend the first 6-9 months learning our clients' platform through on-the-job training.

• University degree in IT or a related field (exceptionally, business degrees like Industrial Engineering or Business Administration with strong technical knowledge may be considered).
• Minimum of 3 years experience implementing management software (TMS, WMS, ERP)
• Experience leading work teams in management software implementation projects is a plus (or 2 years for Senior Consultants).
• Prior experience in Supply Chain management (client-side or consulting) is preferred.
• Experience in regional projects is a plus.
• Software development experience is a plus.
• Advanced English language skills. (C2)
• Knowledge of JIRA or similar project management tools.
• Strong teamwork, proactiveness, analytical thinking, and autonomy.
• Self-directed, with a focus on research, curiosity, and resourcefulness.
• A history of job stability and a commitment to achieving goals.

• Competitive salary in the range of $60,000 to $65,000 MXN
