We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and organized Orthodontic Patient Care Coordinator to join our team.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Greet and assist patients and families
- →Schedule appointments and coordinate patient care
- →Explain treatment plans and payment options
- →Answer phones and respond to patient questions
- →Follow up with new and existing patients
- →Work closely with the orthodontist and team
- →Provide excellent customer service
- →Maintain accurate patient records
- →Travel reliably between our office locations as needed
Requirements

- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Reliable and dependable
- Comfortable working with patients and families
- Previous dental or orthodontic experience preferred, but not required
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel between our locations
