Logistics Manager - Last Mile

• →Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (Engineering preferred).
• →10+ years in logistics (fleet and last-mile operations).
• →4+ years in a supervisory or management role.
• →Proven track record of leading large teams (6–7 direct reports and 100+ indirect drivers).
• →Demonstrated experience managing a blended fleet model (W2, 1099, Flex, DSP).
• →Valid driver's license and flexibility to travel across the multi-state territory (NY/NJ/CT/PA).
• →Strong understanding of logistics KPI tracking (cost-per-package, on-time delivery, route density).

• Language: Bilingual in Spanish and English (highly preferred to lead our diverse driver workforce).
