About the Role

Job Duties:
- Lead the design and evolution of internal labor planning and operational optimization systems, defining core logic, data structures, and workflow requirements.
- Develop analytical frameworks and forecasting models to support labor allocation, productivity evaluation, and operational planning across fulfillment centers.
- Define product specifications and collaborate with engineering teams to implement scalable system features, data pipelines, and analytical tools.
- Build and maintain business intelligence dashboards and data models to enable accurate reporting, performance monitoring, and strategic decision-making.
- Conduct cross-functional analysis to identify process gaps and opportunities, recommending data-driven improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Align stakeholders across Operations, Engineering, HR, Supply Chain, and Finance to standardize planning methodologies, labor definitions, and system workflows.
- Present insights, system recommendations, and planning scenarios to senior leadership to support strategic decision-making and organizational alignment.
Job Requirements: Job entails working with and requires bachelor’s degree in Management, Information Science or related fields with Candidate must have 1-year professional experience in:
- System Architecture & Workflow Design
- Cross-Functional Product Requirements Development
- Advanced Forecasting & Scenario Modeling
- Data Modeling & Metric Architecture
- Enterprise Dashboard Architecture & BI Tool Design
- Process Optimization & Operational Design
Employers will accept any suitable combination of education, training, or experience. Employer will accept a bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in one of the requisite fields followed by 1 year of experience in the position Operations analyst, management analyst or related position
Work Time: M-F; 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. 40 hrs./week.
