Minimum 3 years of recent professional experience in architectural CAD drafting and construction documentation.
Strong proficiency with industry-standard 2D/3D CAD software and related architectural drafting tools.
Experience creating and interpreting GD&T callouts, technical drawings, and engineering documentation.
Hands-on experience preparing multi-sheet electrical schematics and working with PCB layout documentation is highly desirable.
Strong understanding of construction documentation standards and architectural drawing conventions.
Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage complex documentation across multiple project deliverables.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Ability to work independently in a remote, collaborative environment while meeting project deadlines.

Experience working on multidisciplinary architectural and engineering projects.
Familiarity with remote collaboration tools and distributed project workflows.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Technology, or a related discipline.
Experience reviewing technical documentation for quality assurance and compliance.

→ Create detailed architectural floor plans, elevations, and construction drawing sets based on project specifications.
→ Develop accurate 2D and 3D CAD drawings for architectural and engineering applications.
→ Prepare precise Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) annotations for technical and manufacturing documentation.
→ Produce, review, and annotate multi-sheet electrical schematics in accordance with industry standards.
→ Design, evaluate, and review PCB layouts while ensuring manufacturability and design accuracy where applicable.
→ Collaborate with project teams to clarify technical requirements and resolve documentation-related questions.
→ Deliver complete, well-organized documentation packages that meet project milestones and quality expectations.
→ Contribute subject matter expertise to improve AI training datasets through accurate technical documentation and structured feedback.
