• →Understanding the client, conducting competitor and allied industry research.
• →Source potential candidates through headhunting, networking & social media.
• →Conduct primary interaction with potential candidates. 
• →Assessing candidates on functional fitment.
• →Coordinating with candidates for scheduling detailed assessment, interview coordination, follow ups.
• →Participating in select client interactions, stakeholder briefing interactions. 
• →Prepare candidate reports, market summary and similar collaterals to be shared with clients.
• →Build / Strengthen / Manage an in-house candidate and sectoral database
• →Participate in any other inhouse company project as & when required.
