Requirements

Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Lead the design, development, and delivery of lending modules, APIs, and microservices.
- →Drive low-level design, technical implementation, coding standards, and engineering best practices.
- →Conduct code reviews and ensure code quality, maintainability, scalability, and performance.
- →Optimize application performance and database queries, particularly within SQL Server environments.
- →Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 5–10 developers, providing technical guidance and supporting their professional growth.
- →Handle production issues, conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and implement performance and reliability improvements.
- →Design and maintain robust, scalable, and resilient distributed systems.
- →Drive CI/CD practices, DevOps adoption, and continuous improvement across the software development lifecycle.
- →Encourage the use of AI-assisted development tools to improve engineering productivity and code quality.
- →Collaborate with product, architecture, and business teams to translate requirements into effective technical solutions.
- Strong proficiency in C# and .NET 6/7/8.
- Hands-on experience with ASP.NET Core Web API.
- Expertise in Entity Framework Core (EF Core), Dapper, and advanced SQL Server.
- Strong understanding of asynchronous programming, multithreading, and concurrency.
- Experience designing and developing microservices and distributed systems.
- Working knowledge of Domain-Driven Design (DDD), SOLID principles, Saga patterns, and Idempotency.
- Experience with messaging technologies such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, or Azure Service Bus.
- Familiarity with resilience patterns and libraries such as Polly, retry mechanisms, and circuit breakers.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Strong understanding of coding standards, code reviews, and software delivery processes.
